Is it weird if I say that I smiled continuously from ear to ear while reading each and every word of this book? Because the truth is, I did.
Somehow I felt as though Anne Bogel was reading my thoughts.
Everything she said in her new book “I’d Rather Be Reading: The Delights and Dilemmas of the Reading Life” is me in print. And I’m not over-exaggerating.
It’s true, C.S. Lewis was right when he wrote, “Friendship is born at the moment when a person says to the other, ‘What! You too? I thought I was the only one.'”
Because there I was thinking I’m the only one like this. It’s good to know I have company.
Anne has really outdone herself with this book. It truly is one of a kind. And the book cover definitely adds.
This book should definitely be on the recommended reading list for a literary class.
It’s safe to say this book has found me.
